Kirklin T. Klett – Associate
Kirklin T. Klett is an experienced attorney who brings a diversified legal portfolio to Justin Ketchel Law. His practice consists primarily of personal injury litigation, business law and family law.
Prior to accepting his current position, Kirklin managed his own practice and was an associate attorney at the Pittsburgh law firm of Dell, Moser, Lane & Loughney. While at DML&L, Kirklin’s practice consisted of insurance defense and commercial litigation. He represented small and large businesses in a variety of personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, slip and fall cases, and general negligence. He gained valuable courtroom experience with DML&L before eventually opening Klett Law Offices based in Upper St. Clair, PA.
Klett Law Offices focused primarily on business law, particularly business formation, contract negotiation and drafting, buy/sell shareholder agreements, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, and Federal trademarks. In addition, Mr. Klett assisted clients with estate planning, including Will drafting and trust formation.
Kirklin is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bars. While in law school at the Pennsylvania State University, Kirklin clerked for the Honorable Judge D. Michael Fisher in the Federal Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University. While an undergraduate, he earned four letters on the Division I varsity lacrosse team. As a player, he garnered team offensive MVP honors his junior year and was team captain his senior year. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, Longue Vue Club, and serves on the Young Executive Council of the Rivers Club.
